Description

  • height 35 1/4 in.; width 4 ft. 2 in.; depth 21 3/4 in.
  • 89.5 cm; 127 cm; 55.2 cm
each fitted with a central frieze drawer above a cupboard door opening to a shelf and painted with a medallion in the style of Angelica Kauffman, flanked by two cupboard doors opening to two velvet lined shelves.  The backs stamped with number 15989.

Condition

In very good condition, the first small scuffs in places; veneer patch and areas of inpainting around the keyholes to the left and central cupboard doors, the central cupboard lacking two shelves and showing holes to back board where shelves would have been originally, the second with old restored cracks and inpainting around the keyhole of the left cupboard door and around the keyhole and stile of the right cupboard door; small chips to two feet; very minor old scratches, one with small scuffs to top, the painted medallions with craquelure.
