Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly softer in the original, with the ochre-brown of the chair tending more towards true wood. Condition: This work is in good condition. The mirror is very slightly distorted in two points, approximately 10 and 20 cm. above the upper part of the chair. There are a number of very fine unobtrusive scratches to the work's surface, more pronounced in the upper right corner. There is some very light wear to the four extreme mirror edges, with isolated minute specks of media loss. There are a few further isolated losses along the extreme bottom edge. Some scattered minute spots of media accretion are visible upon close inspection to the upper half of the chair. There is a a faint horizontal scratch running horizontally along the bottom left leg of the chair.
