Condition

Overall excellent condition. Each of the drawer interiors is fitted with period paper linings designed by Natalie du Pasquier. (approximately 8 different patterns). Each of the drawers with a small penciled number to proper left interior to indicate order. With very shallow scattered scratches.

Catalogue Note

"Rangement Presse Papier" was designed by Szekely for a 1987 exhibition entitled Collection Containers at Néotu.  Another example of this model was included in 1789-1989 L'Art de Vivre:  Decorative Arts and Design in France at the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum in 1989.
