Condition

Good overall condition. Some shrinkage cracks to carvings resulting in separation and minor losses notably to upper section. Surfaces are dry and there is some sunfading that would benefit from restoration. The large marquetry panel of the upper section has some shrinkage cracks, but is otherwise stable. Hinges to drop leaf possibly replaced. Piece was probably intended as an upper section of a two-part cabinet.
