Condition
The surface of the work is dirty especially within the upper and lower right quadrants where there are visible patches of dirt. There are five areas of craquelure towards the lower left edge, this has caused some paint loss exposing the board beneath. Held in a simple cream wooden frame. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no evidence of retouching.
