Sale: Sotheby's, London, 3 July 2002, lot 286
Condition
The work is executed on wove paper. The right edge of the sheet is deckled and the left has been unevenly cut. There are artist's pinholes to the centre of the upper edge, although these would have been made during the creation of the work. The upper and lower edges have been variously creased. The sheet undulates slightly. There are spots of media staining towards the centre of the sheet, probably caused by the artist. Under glass and held in a dark wooden frame with a white mount. Unexamined out of its frame.
