Condition
There is craquelure to the dark green areas surrounding the composition. There are some minor scuff marks and scratches towards the centre of the right and left edges, and two chips within the upper left corner. There is blooming and dirt to the surface of the work. Held in a gilt wood and plaster frame with a hessian slip. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals no evidence of retouching.
