Condition

The work is on wove paper which has not been laid down. The sheet is adhered to the mount in each corner and in places along each edge. There are artist's pinholes running along each edge of the sheet, and in places the pinheads have stained the sheet. The sheet undulates slightly, particularly along the edges. There is a crease, approximately 4.5cm. in length along the lower edge in the lower left quadrant. There are remnants of a piece of adhesive tape along the reverse of the upper edge. The surface of the sheet is in good overall condition. Held under glass in a rectilinear black wooden frame.
