Condition
The canvas is unlined. The lower right edge of the piece of canvas collage in the lower left quadrant is coming away slightly from the main canvas. The canvas collage in the lower right quadrant is also coming away slightly along its edges. There is a horizontal line of indentation and slight abrasion to the paint surface, approximately 7cm. in length, in the upper right corner.
There are some small flecks of paint loss and paint flaking to the red circle in the lower right quadrant and to the areas of white paint along the edges of the two pieces of canvas collage. There is some staining caused by the adhesive used to glue the canvas collage onto the main canvas. There is also a small patch of staining to the canvas collage in the lower left corner. There are other scattered minor spots of staining within the upper and lower left quadrants. There are areas of surface dirt across the paint surface.
Examination under ultra-violet light reveals areas of fluorescence across the surface of the canvas but these appear to be the artist's reworking of the canvas.
