Condition
The canvas is in good original condition.
There are some small spots of paint loss in places along the edges of the work. There are scattered areas of craquelure and paint separation, particularly in the areas of very thick impasto, but this appears predominantly stable.
There is no sign of retouching under ultra-violet light.
Held in a painted wooden frame.
