Condition

The work is on wove paper which has been laid down on card. The edges of the sheet are stained. There are two marks along the left edge of the sheet which are not visible when the work is presented in the mount. There is a horizontal abrasion, approximately 4cm. in length in the upper left quadrant. Held behing glass within a silk mount in a gilded wooden frame.
