Feuchère exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1831 until his death and was considered an eclectic artist who was proficient in a variety of materials such as enamel, paint, marble, clay and bronze.
Victor Paillard (d. 1886) was a sculptor and fondeur that did his apprenticeship under the direction of Jean-François Denière. He exhibited at many of the major international exhibitions and was awarded a medal for his work at the 1851 Exhibition and a gold medal in Paris in 1867.
