Description

  • height of the fire surround 58 1/4 in.; width 64 1/2 in.; depth 18 1/2 in.
  • 148 cm; 164 cm; 47 cm
surmounted by a Villefranche de Conflent marble top above a acanthus-cast border and above a recessed shelf-compartment decorated with floral-cast mounts, the arched fire-pit fitted with an architectural shape embossed brass liner and flanked by capital columns, all before an electrified faux-fire inset and fender.

Condition

Overall in good condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks consistent with age and use. Slight tarnishing to gilt-bronze in places. Please note that the fire inset is fitted with three bulb sockets and orange glass beads.
