Description

  • height of tallest 7 1/8 in.; width 6 1/8 in.
  • 18.1 cm; 15.5 cm
each painted with a portrait of a maiden, mounted in a giltwood or gilt-metal frame, various painted or impressed marks. Very minor chips to edges. Together with a pair of Berlin plaques, dated 1852 and 1856, one with a uniformed male figure, the other with a female figure, each with a giltwood frame, impressed crowned eagle with sceptre and orb marks, painted inscriptions to front and reverse. Some small chips and restoration. 10 pieces.
