modelled as a classical female figure studying a book and leaning against the clock case, the white enamel dial inscribed DENIERE FTE BRONZES, the white marble base mounted with a guilloche and flower-head band on bun feet, the movement stamped 771/DENIERE A PARIS and stamped Cailleaux Breveté.
Condition
Overall good condition. Some minor wear to the patinated bronze, gilt-bronze re-gilt. Back door to clock case lacking glass or metal plate. Some small chips and wear to edges of white marble base with some minor cracks, two pendulums.
