signed, the waisted form cut with four arched panels below a scalloped rim, two panels intaglio-engraved with either a parrot perching in a rose cartouche, or a large basket of roses, each suspended from a tied ribbon, the other two panels filled with star-cut diamonds, the broad everted foot with star-cut base
