Description

  • 40.5cm., 16in.
of rococo form with moulded scroll handles and borders, painted each side with a landscape and shipping scene above a panel of flowers, the pierced covers with smaller landscape and flower panels beneath a putto knop

Condition

Both vases with extensive restoration . Covers- head of one putto has been repaired. Haircracks across both his legs. Three feint haircracks to the cover, approx. ½in., 1in. and 2in. Minor chips to flowers. The other cover in overall good condition with minor chips to flowers
