- 18cm., 7in. high
painted with a lady seated taking tea and a gentleman holding a pipe either side of a table, below the inscription, Health Long life And happynefs 1780, the reverse painted with a pagoda in a fenced garden, set with double entwined handles with foliate terminals
Condition
chip to outside of rim, approx. ¼in square which extends to a fine haircrack of approx. ½in. Another haircrack runs up and over the rim, approx. 1¾in. length. Two small chips to the rim. The foot has been restored and sprayed making the extent of the restoration difficult to ascertain.
