gadrooned borders, ivory handle, finial, and tap, handle mounts in the form of entwined snakes, armorial engraved with the motto Honesty is Good Policy, detachable crested cover

Condition

Engraved armorial and snake handle somewhat worn in keeping with age, otherwise in good overall condition.
