- 'Nast par Brevet d'inv on' in gold to cup and saucer
set on three claw feet, decorated with grotesque masques and ivy garland flanked by birds in gold and platinum, the serpent handle with a lion's head terminal, the rim and base with a milled relief (à la molette) decorated with matt gold, the flat saucer on three claw feet with similar decoration
Condition
One claw foot of cup has a miniscule narrow chip, or flake of gilding, lacking to the tips of two claws.
Otherwise generally in good condition.
