Description

  • French, circa 1750
  • width 7.3cm, 2 7/8 in
rectangular with baluster sides, decorated overall in raised gilding on a white ground with entwined foliage, later reeded metal mounts

Condition

Some wear to gilt decoration overall, especially at base. Hair cracks to interior of lid and base. Slight lid closure gap.
