composition and parcel gilt, with a rectangular divided plate within a leaf-carved border, the serpentine frame applied with stylised anthemions, bell-flowers, scrolls, flowers and foliage; lower plate cracked (not illustrated)

Condition

Gilt worn and with some exposed gesso. The gilt decorative details are tidy. Plates poor with a lot of marks and the lower plate is cracked.
