Condition
Original canvas. There are some minor scattered spots of retouching, notably in the sky to the upper right corner and to the fireman climbing the ladder, which are visible under ultraviolet light. The canvas is undulating slightly in the top left corner. Apart from some areas of faint craquelure this work is overall in good condition. This work is clean and ready to hang.
Held in a simple gilt wood frame.
