Condition
The panel is sound. There is a small area of retouching on the floor near the door, a few spots near the lower edge and a few touches by the door visible under ultraviolet light. There may be a few cosmetic retouchings elsewhere which are obscured by the varnish. There are areas of minor craquelure in the thick paint, notably on the curtain, in the light shining on the floor and throught the doorway, otherwise the paint surface is in good condition.
Held in a decorative moulded gilt frame.
