Good condition overall. Wear consistent with age and use within the culture.
Ivory bowl: old radial hairline crack to base (stable), issuing hairline cracks which run up bowl, as evidenced by the catalogue illustration. One plant fibre handle missing, the other intact.
Leather lid: some minor bead losses, as evidenced by the catalogue illustration. Upper surface of lid slightly warped in areas.
