errap, dessinant deux croissants de lune prolongés par deux branches, l'une décorée de fils de cuivre, l'autre de petites perles de verre rouges, bleues, blanches et vertes. Belle patine d'usage, brun nuancé.



Cet ornement hautement symbolique était porté en brassard par les guerriers Masaï ayant tué un homme au combat.

Good condition overall. Wear consistent with age and use within the culture. The arm band indigenously repaired with copper wire, as evidenced by the catalogue illustration. Some small old chips to the two terminals.
