La forme évoque un personnage stylisé, le cou cannelé dominé par une tête à coiffe bilobée, le corps signifié par un triangle dentelé percé de trous de suspension. Ce type de sifflet était joué par les hommes lors des cérémonies ndong. Belle patine brun rouge.
