Les poignées et le double fourreau en bois sont entièrement recouverts de fils de laiton tressés et entrelacés. La partie centrale ajourée servait vraisemblablement à suspendre cette arme de forme rare. Belle patine d'usage.

Good condition overall. Wear consistent with age and use within the culture. A few minor losses to the metal wires on hilt, as evidenced by the catalogue illustration.
