the tapering articulated strap pierced in a heart shaped pattern millegrain-set with numerous rose and round diamonds, the largest diamond weighing approximately 1.00 carat collet-set to the centre, accented throughout with calibre-cut sapphires

Centre diamond chipped at girdle - clarity, pique. Sapphires - slight chips to several sapphires, possible replacement of a few of the other calibre-cut sapphires One diamond replaced, showing discolouration. Slight repairs to back and side.. Condition consistant with age.
