Description
the gently bulging cylindrical body raised on three very small scrolled feet, rising to a flattened shoulder with small circular aperture forming the mouth, applied overall with a crackled bluish-green glaze leaving the mouthrim unglazed; together with a small 'Cizhou'-type jarlet, the tapering cylindrical body covered overall with a white slip and painted in dark brown with the characters cao and shou between flower sprays (2)
