Condition
The work is in good condition, the canvas is not lined. There is some chipping and loss at upper right hand corner, and a spot at center right, some light craquelure. UNDER UV: some inpainting evident on horse and at lower right, opaque varnish makes full extent of inpainting hard to decipher.
