STRUCTURE
This picture is unlined and in excellent condition with strong clear colouring and fine detail throughout. The paint surface appears to be stable and there are no signs of craquelure. The picture is clean and ready to hang.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
The varnish is a little opaque under UV light. There are minor flecked retouchings in the sky and background but these appears to only be cosmetic.

This picture is contained in a plaster moulded sweep frame.
