Condition
Original canvas. The paint surface is slightly dirty. There is a dent to the right edge and some chips to the paint surface to the bottom edge. Examination under UV light reveals sweeping retouchings throughout. Held in a simple frame. Unexamined out of frame.

Catalogue Note
This still life with white objects is highly typical of Weisberg's art. The artist's favourite natural form, coral, here serves as a metaphor for his creations: it is an organic absolute, the growth of which symbolises the transformation of chaos into design.
