Condition

Original canvas. There is a layer of surface dirt and discoloured varnish. There are fine lines of craquelure and a few flakes of paint loss in places. UV light reveals a layer of opaque varnish but no signs of retouching. Held in a carved wood frame and unexamined out of frame.
