Condition

Original canvas, which is a little slack on the stretcher. The paint surface is dirty and would benefit from a surface clean. There are lines of craquelure throughout. The colours are not as bright as appear in the catalogue. They are paler and more subtle. Held in a gold painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
