Good condition, generally, though they have seen some use. Minor nicks and scratches consistent with age, shallow dents mainly around the bases

Hasselgren was born in Sweden and came to study in St Petersburg in 1761.  He joined the foreign silvermiths guild in 1766 and became its head in 1787.  His best-known works are the gold-mounted goblet and flask with the monogram of Empress Catherine II in the gallery of precious objects in the Hermitage.
