Condition

The board is slightly bowed and the varnish is slightly discoloured. /the bottom edge of the board is damaged. Examination under UV light reveals some retouchings throughout. Unframed.

Catalogue Note

Riznichenko studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and was participating in Academy exhibitions by the late 1880s. Amongst his greatest influences was the painting of landscape artist, Yuli Klever.
