the details highlighted in gilt, the background and borders stripped to the gesso

Condition

Traces of the olive ground visible on the outline of the figures. The struts are missing to the back. There are two vertical cracks to the board. One the full length of the icon, the other 3.5cm. There is an areas of infill to the upper border. One hole to the left side and patches of missing gesso around the edges of the borders. Areas of overpainting. We would adivse prospective buyers to view.
