- height: 8.3cm, 3 1/4 in.
the square base tapering to cylindrical opening, the surface enamelled in translucent pearl white over wavy and hatched engine-turning, chased two-colour gold laurel borders, each side set with a gold-set moonstone, marked Fabergé with workmaster's initials, scratched inventory number 11860, 88 and 56 standards
Condition
One side of the vase has a patch of restoration measuring approx. 12mm below the moonstone and two areas of restoration at the base mount; the base rim is slightly dented there. Otherwise in excellent condition and a very desirable object.

The kokoshnik with the initials of Yakov Liapunov date the object to 1903, the end of his tenure as assay master and the beginning of Wigström's as Fabergé's Head Workmaster.
