A pair of gilt-bronze candelabra, Russian, late 18th century

the patinated bronze neo-classical figures holding urns from which emerge naturalistically designed, cast and chiselled branches of leaves and flowers, on the base are stylised masks with Russian-style headdresses

The ormolu is worn and dirty, both sculptural candealbras would benefit from a professional clean. The bronze figures bear surface scratches and slight pitting. The branches of the candelabra are quite loose and would benefit from being tightened. The candelabra with the sculptural man has one associated socle filler.
