Condition
The back of the panel has been shaved off and two horizontal struts have been inserted. Two metal staples at the centre of the top and bottom edges support a split running vertically down the back. There is extensive raised craqulure mostly to the raised border resulting in paintloss revealing the gesso. Further chips of paintloss in places elsewhere. Spots of overpainting. Inscriptions on background restored.
