Catalogue Note
The publication of the second Sadok Sudei volume marked a reunion of the Union of Youth, Hylaean and Rayist groups. A more aggressive sequel to the first Sadok Sudei (published in 1910), it includes a long Hylaean manifesto stating that their intent was to ignore current trends in rhyme and poetry and to create a new, expressive genre and style concentrating on personal freedom and verbal richness. This was the last work in which the Rayists Larionov and Goncharova collaborated with the Hylaeans and the Union of Youth.
