- height timepiece 40cm
battery movement, gilt dial with Roman numerals signed Chaumet Paris, flanked by dials for date and an aneroid barometer, surmounted by a dial with indication of the 24 hour cycle indicated by a hand with sunburst tip, sign of the Zodiac, month and seasons indicated by the engraved gilt dragon-shaped hand, a third hand with a ball moon indicating moonphase and -rise, all driven by a seperate battery movement rectangular gilt case with moulded stepped top inset with bevelled glass panels, flat plinth raised on ball feet, bottom marked HL for Hour Lavigne, together with a similarly signed red presentation case
Condition
both battery movements complete but need to be checked, case in good condition iwht the gilding intact, some green stains from the movement cover now on the inside base of the timepiece, together with a display case
