the smooth-bore barrels placed over and under, originally blued, inlaid in silver with the name IOH. ANDRE. KUCHENREITER, also inlaid with oval maker's mark inlaid in brass, the tangs numbered 1 respectively 2, the lockplates signed en suite to barrels and fitted with sliding pan cover, full-length walnut stocks veneered at the front in horn, applied with mounts of brass, both incised at a later date with initial M
Condition
Surface rust, blueing almost entirely lost, spring of one lock detached, one shaft broken through grip, one ramrod replaced.
