Etching, c. 1883, first state (of two), on laid paper, with margins, in good condition apart from pale mat stain in the margins, a skillfully repaired 1/2-inch tear in the right margin, the right margin corners with thinned spots, verso, with associated small paper losses

Condition

The print has a window of pale mat stain around the image. There is a 1/2-inch repaired tear in the right margin. The upper and lower right sheet corners are skinned on the verso, and there are small associated paper losses.
