Lithograph printed in colors, 1892-1893, printed by Ancourt, on wove paper, with margins, the sheet with creases, a tear at the lower sheet edge extending into the dress, losses along the upper sheet edge, light- and time stain, linen-backed
Condition
Creases appear throughout the sheet, including a central horizontal crease and a series of vertical creases in the lower sheet some of which are causing the ink to lift. The tear at the lower sheet edge at center measures 1 1/2 inches. There are a series of cracked creases and losses along the upper sheet. Exposure to light and an acidic mat at top has darkened the paper tone and caused the colors to fade and there is slight soiling particularly in the upper sheet.
