Etching, 1933, from the Vollard suite, signed in pencil, from the total edition of 310, on Montval laid paper, with the Picasso watermark, with full margins, in good condition apart from a fox mark in the lower plate, light- and mat stain, the sheet edges with minor soiling and a tiny loss at lower left, framed
Condition
The print is generally in good condition overall. The discoloration in the paper comprises a small fox mark about 1/4 inch above the lower plate mark at center, light-stain which extends outside the plate into the margins c. 1 inch on each side, darkest at the mat opening, pale mat stain in the margins and a darkening of the sheet edges due to soiling. There is a 3 by 5 mm nick in the lower deckle near the left corner of the sheet.
