Catalogue Note
This print comes originally from the estate of Harry H. Lunn, Jr., the pioneering dealer in the field of photography. Lunn handled works from the Evans estate starting in 1975, and the stamp on the back of this print was created to authenticate the unsigned prints that Lunn had acquired. A variant Wash Day image is reproduced as Keller 82, and shows only the top row of garments visible in the image offered here.
