Catalogue Note

The portfolios offered in this and the following lot were published in 1990 and 1991 to support the Photographers + Friends United Against AIDS organization. The publication of the portfolios followed the exhibition, The Indomitable Spirit, which opened at the International Center of Photography and traveled to the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery. Proceeds benefited the National Community AIDS Partnership, and the American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFAR).
