  • Portrait of a boy, full length, dressed in classical robes, feeding a parrot

Condition

The canvas has a fairly recent stable relining. The paint surface is generally sound and under a discoloured yellowing varnish. There are some discoloured retouchings visible to the naked eye and these are confirmed when inspected under UV light although further inspection is impeded by the thick varnish. Offered in a carved wooden frame which is structurally sound with some minor knocks.
